VXCEED SERVICES

Vxceed provides a variety of services including customization, integration, migration, implementation and consultation. Project Server is an open platform for enterprise project and resource management that enables partners to deliver custom solutions that address customer needs.

Customization - Organizations follow processes and track metrics that are specific to their business. Partners can customize Microsoft Project 2002 (e.g. Project Guide, Portfolio Analyzer, web parts for SPS digital dashboards) to incorporate company best practices in the solution.

Integration - To effectively deploy Microsoft Project 2002, many organizations will want to integrate information from their legacy systems (e.g. ERP, HR, CRM, etc.) with Project Server. This ensures critical information such as resource and cost data is consistent across systems.

Migration - Partners can help customers migrate data from their previous project management system to Microsoft Project 2002. (e.g. migrating Resource Info to Global Resource Pool)

Implementation - Deploying an enterprise project management solution requires upfront planning and set up. Partners can help organizations define and set up enterprise fields and custom outline codes to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of data entered and reported.

Consultation - Project management is more than a software tool. It is a discipline/methodology that must align with an organization's processes. To successfully deploy a project management solution, organizations may turn to partners to evaluate their business processes and to provide training on project management practices and Microsoft Project 2002.
