The Route Accounting Solution from Vxceed Technology was implemented, using the
Microsoft® .NET Framework. The solution consisted of three stages.
The first was the introduction of RouteTrac, a mobile software application for use
by the company's sales team. This provides customer account information, route
planning to customer sites, pricing information and full stock inventory details.
The stock inventory and customer information accessed by RouteTrac is stored on the
RouteTrac Manager, forming the second stage of the solution. This application is
fully Web enabled, allowing stock and invoice information to be accessed and updated
remotely.
The final stage is the integration of RouteTrac Manager to Microsoft BizTalk® server.
This enables the entire solution to seamlessly integrate with SAP, and feed into other
Al Batha information systems.
