by a sales person in the field or to allow no sales or adding new customers in a route or

CUSTOMER SATIFACTION
Improve the customer responsiveness of field sales person by arming them with easy-to-access information about
each customer’s buying pattern for each SKU, credit status and targeted promotions. Using the information of current
stocks available at the outlet, past off-take history and promotion schemes; salesman can be prompted to suggest the
SKUs and quantities for order ensuring stock availability. Salesman can also take back expired/near expiry, damaged,
or slow moving stocks of the shelf and rotate with other fast moving to items.

INVENTORY CONTROL
Enhance inventory control by determining rules for inventory load to be carried by each salesperson during the sales cycle
using system configured provisions such as Van inventory to be planned/suggested or requested by the salesperson. Load can
be determined as fresh stock for the journey cycle or rollover from previous cycle with incremental inventory for the current
day. Physical inventory can be verified by ‘checker’ in case of load-in or load-out. End of journey cycle van inventory can
also be validated by physical counts as well as segregated inventory for returns, damages, exchange/expired as well as
inter-van transfers can be accounted for. Reconciliation of inventory and collections allow to have a balanced control on
Inventory movement and immediate visibility at various points of stocking.

CREDIT COMPLIANCE
Manage customer credit with multiple parameters such as limit on overall credit, ageing of pending documents, maximum number
of pending invoices, intra-day credit and individual document level credit. Further, service a customer with division or lines
of business specific credit limits thus factoring business realities for each product line/division to offer and monitor appropriate
credit status for each customer.
Additionally, where salesman credit status needs to be monitored and controlled, you can assign a limit to each salesman against
selling to cash customers or customers having no credits.
